When CyberPower System's PowerPanel software is installed it replaces Windows' original Power Option driver with PowerPanel’s driver. As a result, Spiceworks is not able to query the 'win32_battery' WMI value to get UPS data (access the UPS information via WMI API). This is a simple work around to allow PowerPanel and Spiceworks to co-exist.

Note: This work around has been tested with Windows 7 Pro and Windows 8.1 and is assumed to work with other Windows versions.
4 Steps total
Step 1: Open Device Manager from your Control Panel
Select CyberPower Battery Backup from the Batteries category.
Step 2: Open Properties and Roll Back Driver
Select Roll Back Driver and click OK
Step 3: Confirm Driver Roll Back
A confirmation window will pop-up. Click Yes to confirm.
Step 4: Verify New Driver - HID UPS Battery
Cyberpower Bluetooth Driver
Look again in the Batteries category and verify that the previous CyberPower Battery Backup has now been replaced with HID UPS Battery.
To allow CyberPower Systems' UPS PowerPanel software to work together with Spiceworks all you need to do is a Driver Roll Back so Windows uses HID UPS Battery instead of CyberPower Battery Backup.
Big shout out to Kevin Mauldin who brought this to our attention and worked with Spiceworks support (Peter Brost and Brendan Smith) to find out why it wasn't working. Thanks for your help and support!!

This option is grayed out on Windows 7 Pro 64bit. So you can't roll the driver back and Spiceworks can't detect it.
