CPU BOARD BLU-CPU-DSP21020-001 The core of the BLU-CPU-DSP21020-001 is based upon the space qualified DSP21020 processor (Analog Devices ADSP-21020 / TEMIC TSC-21020), integrated with memory, communications and digital I/O support to form a main processor assembly for space use. This design has been subsequently qualified for use on the International Space Station where it is utilised within microgravity experiments for fluids science. The assembly is in Double-Eurocard format and equally adapted for conduction cooling, in applications which require minimum ambient heat transfer, or convection cooling. The comprehensive and flexible I/O support, coupled with the extensive memory support and RS422 & RS485 communications ports provide for a processor which can be adapted to a broad range of applications. |
